Our team of Auto-CAD Draftsman, lead by one of our co-owners with certifications in mechanical design and drafting, has over 20 years experience and can turn your project concept into a official engineered drawing, ready for each stage of the fabrication process beginning at planning and procurement to quality assurance and delivery.      

All projects are assigned a project manager who utilizes particular skill sets, including knowledge, tools, and techniques, to help meet project requirements in a timely manner.  Areas of focus include integration, scope, time, cost, quality, procurement, and communication.

Our metal fabrication shop's capabilities are focused on several key industries such as industrial, oil and gas, chemical plant, food processing plant fabrication, pipeline support, turbine enclosures, energy production, communications, structural and plate cutting.  All projects are produced in house by our AWS certified welders using state of the art equipment.     

We sand blast all of our parts before coating them.   During the blasting process, all parts are blasted to near white using a variety of media depending on material and customer specifications.      

Powder Coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to virtually any type of metal.  All coating is done to Customer specs or ours with available Mil thickness read out sheets.   

Our laser etching department is capable of producing I.D., heat, material, and display tags.  We can even etch directly onto the part, even after coating.  With the durability of the marking, this process is one of the best for quality assurance.
